De couvrir des interventions exceptionnelles en faveur des membres du personnel « ouvriers» et «assimilés» dans les cas sociaux particulièrement graves qui ne sont pas ou qui ne sont que partiellement rencontrés par des aides pécuniaires de source officielle ou privée; le règlement d'ordre intérieur détermine les cas et les modalités d'interventions de l'association, ainsi que les bénéficiaires <assimilés» aux membres du personnel <ouvriers>; 2. De percevoir les cotisations auprès des entreprises affiliées. 3. De gérer les fonds ainsi récoltés.
