Insolvency monitor

Every working day the Belgisch Staatsblad publishes the insolvency decisions of the Belgian enterprise courts. A bankruptcy means the court has established that a company has durably ceased its payments and that its credit is shaken; a curator then liquidates the estate. A judicial reorganisation grants temporary protection from creditors to restructure. An interim measure, such as the appointment of an interim administrator, is often the earliest public signal of distress. Every entry below links to the full company dossier.
