De concrete activiteiten waarmee de VZW haar doelstellingen verwezenlijkt, zijn onder meer: Artistieke en sociaal-artistieke projecten; De productie, organisatie en uitvoering van projecten in de podiumkunsten en beeldende kunsten; Workshops en coaching; Organisatie van workshops in theater, dans en beeldende kunst; Therapeutische begeleidingen; Individuele en groepssessies waarbij de verschillende kunstvormen worden ingezet in een therapeutische Context; Residentie; Korte opvang en begeleiding voor cliënten op een toekomstige stilteplek. Het maken van reclame en promotie voor de evenementen, workshops en therapeutische begeleidingen. Het samenwerken met verenigingen met soortgelijke doelstellingen, zowel nationaal als internationaal. Daamaast kan de vzw alle activiteiten verrichten die rechtstreeks of onrechtstreeks bijdragen tot de verwezenlijking van haar doel en haar voorwerp, met inbegrip van bijkomstige winstgevende activiteiten, waarvan de opbrengsten altijd volledig zullen worden bestemd voor de verwezenlijking van het doel van de vzw.
