Auditor changes

One row per change: a decision published in Dutch and in French appears once, with both acts. An appointment the act describes as a renewal of the mandate is listed as a reappointment; a proposal is not a change yet.

Not in the list: the revisor asked for a single report (a contribution in kind, a merger, a split or a dissolution), an association's account verifiers, the auditor a merger proposal only mentions, the engagement on sustainability information and an act that names no firm.

The spellings of one firm are grouped: Moore Audit, MOORE AUDIT BV and Moore Audit bedrijfsrevisoren are one firm, as are EY and Ernst & Young. The enterprise number a spelling carries in the Belgisch Staatsblad, across all years, decides; an address after the name, the legal form and a one-letter misreading do not count. Two firms that each have an enterprise number of their own remain two firms.

The list starts on 01-01-2026 and is updated daily. Sector, province and legal form are those of the audited company in the KBO register today.

The bankruptcy probability is the twelve-month probability Checked computes per company; the filter only applies to companies that have one.
