De vereniging heeft eveneens als belangeloos doel, met uitsluiting van elk winstoogmerk en winstuitkeringen, een dienstverlenende vereniging te zijn die alle nodige en nuttige initiatieven neemt, ondersteunt, faciliteert en organiseert in verband met gezondheidszorg, welzijnszorg voorafgaande zorgplanning, levenseinde-, palliatieve en rouwzorg, binnen het ecosysteem en alle daarmee verband houdende of aanverwante activiteiten.
