De vereniging heeft tot doel de nodige geldmiddelen bijeen te brengen teneinde het haar mogelijk te maken onder alle vormen de werkzaamheden te bevorderen en te helpen verwezenlijken van de Liberale Mutualiteit MUTPLUS.be en van haar nevenorganisaties, alsmede die van alle lokale afdelingen (hierna ook mutualiteitafdelingen genoemd) welke deel uitmaken van deze mutualiteit. Om deze doelstelling te realiseren kan de vereniging onder andere: gebouwen of delen van gebouwen bestemd voor de huisvesting van haar eigen diensten alsmede van de diensten van het ziekenfonds en van zijn nevenorganisaties, alsook die van de mutualiteitafdelingen en onderafdelingen die bij haar aangesloten zijn, alsook parkeerplaatsen bestemd voor de voornoemde diensten en nevenorganisaties, verhuren, aankopen, bouwen en verbouwen. Met het oog op de financiering hiervan kan de vereniging leningen afsluiten. Zij mag ook leningen toestaan of tussenkomsten verlenen met het oog op de aankoop, het bouwen of verbouwen van onroerende goederen bestemd voor de huisvesting van de diensten van het ziekenfonds en de hierboven bedoelde mutualiteitafdelingen en onderafdelingen. Zij mag eveneens de afschrijvingen ten laste nemen die betrekking hebben op de vestigings- en de inrichtingskosten die gefinancierd worden door de Liberale Mutualiteit MUTPLUS.be voor de gebouwen waarin de hierboven bedoelde afdelingen en de onderafdelingen zijn gehuisvest, alsmede voor parkeerplaatsen bestemd voor de voornoemde diensten en nevenorganisaties. De vereniging heeft eveneens tot doel om de collectieve acties van de Liberale Mutualiteit MUTPLUS.be te organiseren en/of te financieren of mede te financieren. Om de voornoemde doelstellingen te realiseren kan de vereniging een samenwerkingsprotocol of een samenwerkingsakkoord, zoals bedoeld in artikel 43 van de wet van 6 augustus 1990 betreffende de ziekenfondsen of de landsbonden van ziekenfondsen, afsluiten met de Liberale Mutualiteit MUTPLUS.be. De vereniging mag daarenboven samenwerkingsovereenkomsten afsluiten met aan haar verwante vzw's, alsmede met andere organisaties die hetzelfde doel nastreven. In het kader van de globale mutualistische werking kan de vereniging daarenboven tussenkomsten en/of toelagen verlenen of ontvangen van haar zustervereniging, de vzw "Sociale Werken van de Liberale Mutualiteit MUTPLUS.be". De vereniging mag bovendien alle rechtshandelingen stellen om haar sociale doelstellingen te verwezenlijken en met alle middelen haar hulp, medewerking of deelname verlenen aan verenigingen of organismen met eenzelfde doel of waarvan de activiteit bijdraagt of kan bijdragen tot de verwezenlijking ervan. Kortom, zij mag beschikken over alle middelen en alle nodige handelingen stellen die, onrechtstreeks of rechtstreeks, nodig zijn voor de verwezenlijking van haar doel.
