Kingspan Unidek was incorporated on 8 May 1928.1 The registered office moved to Olen in 2008 and to Grobbendonk in 2015.23 Since 2012 the company has been called Kingspan Unidek.4 The board currently has 5 members; Ian McAucliffe has served longest, since 2021.5 Revenue grew from EUR 473,421 in 2018 to EUR 789,847 in 2024 and headcount from 2.8 to 3.9 full-time equivalents.6
